Because It Is Bitter, and Because It Is My Heart — Revised

I revised my Epithalamium series story Because It Is Bitter, and Because It Is My Heart (Epithalamium Book #4).

The original version, written in 2010, was one of the first fics I wrote, and it shows. Aside from the clunky writing, I have also been unhappy with the way I handled some aspects of the sexual assault scenes, so those have been revised significantly.

Despite its many shortcomings, the original version has been one of my most popular stories, so I hope this revision doesn’t ruin it for any of you who enjoyed the original. The plot and general mood of the story remain the same, but I have (I hope) improved on the original and made it fit both the characters and the series a bit better.
