“A tall, black-haired witch in emerald-green robes stood there. She had a very stern face and Harry’s first thought was that this was not someone to cross.” –Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone
Minerva has been told green is her colour.
So lovely--bittersweet and beautifully written. I love this version of Minerva, discovering her courage as part of a duo and gaining some softness courtesy of loving Leo. I also like the way the author subverts the conventional expectations of "Gryffindor" and "Slytherin."
